Welcome to Galway Community College
Galway Community College (GCC) is set on a 10-acre campus on the shores of Lough Atalia in the heart of Galway City. It is one of 20 schools run by the Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board (GRETB). For 50 years the College has continually adapted and improved its facility to serve the needs of our learners.
GCC provides lifelong learning in a way that builds on the strengths of the students and encourages them to strive for excellence. We prepare our students to be their personal best and imbue in them respect and dignity for all.
We offer QQI accredited Level 5 & 6 Further Education courses in a wide range of vocational areas.
